Our cutlery and crockery is washed in a dishwasher at 55 - 70 degrees Celsius, with special dishwashing detergent (SABS approved) that kills harmful bacteria. It then gets rinsed at 85 - 90 degrees Celsius with fresh water and a rinsing additive, which is recognised worldwide to be safe and kills harmful pathogens. We have a very strict policy with all 3rd party deliveries - all drivers are requested to hand sanitise before collecting the product. Temperature checks are also carried out. We have a no mask, no collection policy. We have implemented social distancing strategies for drivers waiting to collect food from us. All 3rdP thermal delivery bags are sanitised prior to placing our products in them. We provide contactless delivery for our own deliveries and this is also available with our 3rdP delivery companies.
