Is your cutlery and crockery hygienic?

Our cutlery and crockery is washed in a dishwasher at 55 - 70 degrees Celsius, with special dishwashing detergent (SABS approved) that kills harmful bacteria. Whilst dining in our restaurant, you are welcome to request additional sanitising solution. Should you still feel unsafe you are welcome to request a sealed disposable cutlery set.
