How do I register my physical Family Club card?

If you have a physical Family Club Card from a store, visit www.familycard.co.za and click the Join Now button. Fill out your personal details and click Join. You will be able to view your profile by signing in via the Family Card website or mobisite or Spur app logins.

How do I confirm if I have Family Club vouchers?

Vouchers are loaded on the eFamily Card profile. You will be notified that there is an R50 voucher available via SMS or email, provided we have the correct contact details of the cardholder.

How do I apply for the Spur Family Club?

Visit www.familycard.co.za and click Not A Member button. Fill out your personal details and click JOin. You will be able to view your profile by signing in via the Family Card website or mobisite or Spur app logins.

How do I change my efamily card details

Sign into your profile on the Spur Family App or visit www.familycard.co.za and select the profile page and update your details. If you are having issues with updating please contact us at 086 000 7787 or email [email protected] for further assistance.

What do I do if I lose my physical Family Club card?

Visit your nearest Spur and get a replacement card. Once you have the replacement card, call Spur Customer Care to report lost card and to transfer your information to the new one (086 000 7787).

How do I change my Family Club details?

Login to your Family Club profile on either the Family Card website, mobisite or app and click on "Edit Profile".

What do I do if I forgot my Family Club username & password?

Visit www.familycard.co.za and click the Forgot Login details button. If we have your correct cell phone number & email address we will message you temporary login credentials. You will need to update your logins once logged in.

How do I check how many points and vouchers are in my Family Club?

You can either check online - www.familycard.co.za for registered Family Cards and all eFamily Card holders or you can call Spur Customer Care (086 000 7787). Alternatively when you are at a restaurant you can request this information from the waitron by giving the waitron your Family Club card details and requesting a print out of your balance.

How do I link my child to my Family Club profile?

Download the Spur Family App and log into your account, or log into your account on the Spur Family Club website., and go to the 'edit profile' section. You will be able to add up to 4 children to your profile.

How do I get a birthday voucher?

Easy! Swipe your card at least 3 times during a 12 month period, and you will receive your birthday voucher. Each swipe needs to be R250 or more.

How does my child get a birthday voucher?

Your child will receive their Spur Birthday Voucher simply by being added to your profile! Make sure you add your children to your profile to qualify for this awesome birthday treat.

How long is a Spur voucher valid?

Adult birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the day you receive the voucher. Child birthday vouchers are valid for 3 months from the day you receive the voucher. A R50 Family Club voucher which you've earned will be valid for 3 years from the day you received the voucher.

I am getting a "card invalid" error message when trying to register my physical Family Card.

Your card might already be registered. Please try LOG IN instead of sign up. If you cannot remember your password, simply follow the forgot password steps. If these steps don't help, please call us and we will gladly assist you.
