We got a very warm welcome on Tuesdsy (06/08)The food and service was of a very good standard. Toevlug learners learned a lot and were happy. The whole staff is friendly and always smiles. Keep up the good work!

Yesterday when I was travelling I made a wrong online order to Yellow Hawk Spur (Ventersdorp), I actually wanted to order at any Spur in Klerksdorp because was goinh to pass there. Upon realizing my mistake I immediately called Yellow Hawk Spur and spoke to Sam (Didn't get his name but according to my true caller app). 'Sam' was so quick to attend to my query and he managed to effectively and efficiently resolve it. When I called Yellow Hawk Spur was about 30km to Klerksdorp, he managed to speak to his manager and they issued me with a voucher before I even got to Klerksdorp. I would like to believe that 'Sam' could have been busy with his work however he left everything to assist me for my own mistake and he was patient, calm and didn't sound irritated at all because at some point the line was cut but he took it upon himself to call me back. Your service was exceptional and by a significant margin exceeded my expectation!! Well done and continue to give clients that excellent service. Thank you a million times!!!!
