We were at the Nevada Spur yesterday 27/07/2021. We ordered the nachos( wich is our all time favourite meal at Spur ). We had to repeat our order 3 times, as the waitron did not understand or get our order. We ordered the hot full nachos with chicken strips added. When the meal eventually came it was not hot, it had 3 tiny strips of avocado and there were no chicken added. The waitron came with a serving of chicken strips when we were about a quarter of the way through our meal. Very dissapointed we finished the meal and when we paid Nkosie ( manager ) took my phone number and indicated that they will get back to me before the end of the day. No one contacted me yet. Very dissapointed! I did get a call later on 27-07-2021 from Nkosie. He invited us back to the Nevada Spur. I indicated to him that we do not get to go to Mathuba that often. He indicated that whenever we do get the opertunity, we can come and have a meal on him. We got that opertunity on 28 September. We asked if Nkosie is on duty and was referred to Spah. He confirmed with Nkosie and took excellent care of us. Thank you Nkosie and Spah. You are true ambassadors of Spur, and renewed my support for Spur!
