A very big thank u to spur at galleria mall I was not even aware that I was given the wrong order for a take away n the manager called me n apologized n asked me to come to galleria mall whenever I pass by again n me being a regular customer on weekends was surprised with free breakfast for my partner n I with 2 drinks really was so good to see such honest people that work at spur god bless all the staff at galleria spur to the lady that served me that evening thank u n to the manager we really appreciate everything n also to the kind friendly waiter thank u u deserve a 5 star service we being coming to spur for the past 10 years at least twice a week keep the good service coming spur

Ordered ribs and panko mushrooms for takeout. When I got home I realised the mushrooms were not packed. I was disappointed but the restaurant manager Nathan ensured that he more than made up for it. He delivered my dish quickly with a delicious rasberry milkshake. All items of food and sides were very tasty. Perhaps my circle became too bougee for Spur in recent decades. I think I’m going back to this restaurant for some of my favourites. Thank you for the top service.
