Use to love this spur over a year ago but my last few experiences were horrible. Had to meet someone there twice this week, first day we couldn't get onion rings due to loadshedding, we decided to wait until the power comes back on, was told 10 minutes once the power came back on but about 30 mins minimum, didn't find that much of a problem since my appetite was gone by then as I had to use the bathroom which was filthy, I couldn't even wash my hands as there was no soap in the soap dispenser. We ordered take aways, which of 3 burgers were thrown away after 1 or 2 bites, raw, off tasting pattie with the bare minimum of BBQ basting, definitely didn't taste flame grilled or like a spur pattie. 1 of the 4 burgers we ordered my boyfriend ate and got food poisoning from and got very sick and still is. Just having a bite or two all of us felt sick from the burgers. The next day after this horrible experience I had to unfortunately meet someone there again. Still no soap in the dispenser, dirty table, ashtrays not emptied, but at least both times we had friendly waiters, that's about the only light in the tunnel.
