Was there on the evening of the 15/07 . The Waiter (think his name is Godfrey or Wilfred) he was amazing made my sons 1 year old birthday very special as well as the Manager . Thank you Team Canal Walk Spur

Guys… wow, I just need to share the amazing experience we had @ Canal Walk Spur. When entering, my husband and kids was already waiting and the main entrance staff greeted me warmly, I informed them about my husband already seated and immediately they knew whom I was talking about ( Keep in mind they were quite busy at that time ) and mentioned his colour of his jacket without me saying a word and directed me to the table. I have 3 very busy boys ( See them below in the picture tonight being busy bodies in the mall) and they were well looked after with lots of care and concern along with a playground fully loaded with kids. Not once did my kids complain about being bored! The waiter.. This is my highlight of the evening. Do yourself a Favour and ask for the waiter Senzo to serve you when eating at the spur. I have never in my life been served by a waiter like Senzo, and let me tell you… He is amazing, He is very friendly, good memory on ordering items and all the specific requests, he is super super fast and he put pride in his serving! This guy is something special! My husband is not a easy pleasing person, and even he said tonight that this was the first time being served by someone that wants to serve you and did not make one mistake. Be pleased to know our definite recommendation in this waiter’s stunning service… well, except for when we would be dinging there again ,then I just cannot recommend him towards any fellow seated clients… as he will be serving us again for sure!🤣😬 The food was really really good from taste to texture too! Upon approaching the front desk for payment when we were done, the management is just really great from what I observed on assisting their fellow staff passing by and needing help. They made friendly conversation whilst we paid and everyone just smiles all the way! I have never seen spur managers so friendly! Upon with our departure we were greeted in a very friendly manner leaving the spur! This was really a good night out and receiving such good service! Special thanks to our waiter tonight SENZO! Keep up your amazing work! I can with ease say this waiter is a profit to this spur franchise! 😬😬

Eisbein was well prepared, my wife was happy with her ribs & chips,and the grandkids loved the selection of milkshakes.
